High-Efficiency Automated Welding Process: The system's operation is under full PLC automation. Equipped with multiple welding heads, it can weld numerous points simultaneously before the worktable automatically advances to the next row. This cycle repeats until all points are completed. Energy-Efficient Direct Power Supply: Utilizing a welding transformer that supplies power directly to the workpiece, the design minimizes energy transmission loss. This direct supply method, combined with a maintenance regimen focused on regular welding head replacement, contributes to significant energy savings and stable long-term performance.
Advanced Pneumatic Constant-Pressure System: The welder employs a pneumatic electrode system with automatic preload adjustment, ensuring a relatively constant and precise welding pressure.
