Every equipment undergoes our "three-tier" quality inspection before delivery.

At Xinwei, we believe that premium welding equipment starts with uncompromising quality standards. From core components to overall machine performance, we implement a consistent and standardized quality inspection process to ensure every resistance welding equipment delivered to you is stable, reliable and efficient.

All key components (such as transformers, controllers and electrode tips) are inspected in terms of dimension, material and electrical performance in accordance with strict standards upon arrival, eliminating potential risks from the source.

During assembly and commissioning, our quality inspectors conduct multi-point patrol inspections. Key checks include welding structural strength, circuit connection reliability and cooling system tightness to ensure full compliance with process specifications at every step.

This is the final checkpoint before equipment delivery. We conduct comprehensive tests by simulating actual working conditions, including welding parameter accuracy verification (such as current, pressure and time), load operation tests and welding sample quality evaluation.

We conduct destructive and non-destructive tests with standard test pieces to inspect the nugget diameter, shear strength and appearance consistency of welding spots, ensuring the welding capacity of equipment meets design standards.

The complete machine undergoes insulation resistance test, grounding continuity test and withstand voltage test in strict compliance with safety specifications to protect the safety of operators and equipment.

Continuous no-load and load operation tests are carried out to monitor equipment temperature rise, noise and the repeat accuracy of key parameters (such as current and pressure), so as to guarantee long-term operational stability.

Our quality system is not limited to standardized processes. We comply with industry-recognized welding process specifications and can provide detailed factory inspection reports as required by customers. We are committed to making quality visible.
