Product Description
This 3mm heavy-duty medium frequency automatic feeding spot welding machine is a fully automated intelligent welding cell designed for the large-volume, high-consistency production of automotive shock absorber end cap assemblies. Operators simply pour the bottom covers and welding rings into two vibratory feeders and initiate the cycle. The system then performs the entire process autonomously: intelligent sorting and orientation, robotic precision gripping and alignment, medium-frequency high-quality spot welding, and automatic sorting and collection of finished products. The integrated human-machine interface provides real-time production data and fault alerts, enabling operators without specialized welding expertise to master operations quickly. This workstation combines robotics, vision-assisted positioning, and Medium Frequency Inverter (MFDC) welding technology, representing the ultimate solution for enhancing production line automation and guaranteeing absolutely stable weld quality
