Key Technical Advantages

Simultaneous 7-Point Welding

Working Principle

The fuel tank shell is placed on the lower electrode platform while the metal ring is held by the upper electrode. After vertical alignment, the upper and lower annular electrodes close, pressing seven fixed convex points against the workpiece. A high-current AC pulse is applied simultaneously at all seven points, generating localized resistance heat that fuses the ring to the tank inner wall. The entire weld sequence is automated, with operator involvement limited to loading and unloading parts.
