Kickless Cable (also known as Secondary Water-Cooled Cable) is a uniquely structured insulated conductor, specifically engineered for industrial equipment operating with low voltage and high current. It employs multi-strand soft copper wires as the core conductor, sheathed tightly by a special rubber water hose, forming an efficient annular cooling chamber between the conductor and the hose. Both ends of the cable are securely connected to copper terminals via welding, reinforced and sealed with steel ferrules. Internal water ports within the terminals ensure unimpeded coolant circulation. This design enables the cable to carry extremely high operating currents while maintaining an exceptionally small cross-section, coupled with superior heat dissipation via internal water cooling. Its outstanding flexibility and mobility make it a critical flexible link component in automated welders, medium-frequency furnaces, and similar equipment, effectively balancing high-efficiency power transmission with reliable thermal management.
