Its primary function is to effectively dissipate the substantial heat generated by high electrical currents, ensuring the cable operates continuously, stably, and safely within demanding environments characterized by high temperatures and strong electromagnetic fields

Superior Electrical Insulation: Manufactured from high-quality synthetic rubber, it offers high insulation resistance and excellent dielectric strength, effectively preventing high-voltage current breakdown. With common withstand voltage ratings up to 5000V to 20,000V or higher, it provides reliable protection for both equipment and personnel safety.

Excellent High-Temperature Resistance: The rubber compound is typically reinforced with heat-resistant agents or composite layers, allowing it to maintain stable performance in high-temperature environments and under furnace radiant heat without softening or deforming. It is suitable for high-temperature operation scenarios such as steel and ferroalloy smelting.

High-Strength & Reliable Construction: The hose body incorporates a fabric or cord-reinforced layer structure, enabling it to withstand high water pressure (typically 5-10 kg/cm² working pressure). Combined with the cold extrusion fastening method of copper terminals, it ensures excellent sealing performance at the connection points with electrodes, effectively preventing leaks under high-pressure water supply. This construction also provides the hose with good flexibility and resistance to bending fatigue, accommodating the tilting movements of smelting equipment
