The intermediate frequency inverter DC dual head projection welding machine is customized for welding lever lock ring of steel drum. The all surface of workpiece is galvanized coated / Chrome Plating. Mainly composed of components such as the host frame, pneumatic transmission mechanism, welding positioning fixture, secondary circuit, welding transformer, welding controller, and water and gas circuit system.

Main Features
1. The overall structure of the machine adopts a unique tree style, and the body is designed for impact resistance, earthquake resistance, and high rigidity. Through precise mechanical processing, it meets the installation and load strength of each component. Multiple reinforcing ribs have been welded inside the rack to ensure the rigidity of the equipment during use and minimize slight deformation during the welding process, ensuring the stability of welding and the safety of manual use.
2. The upper electrode moves vertically up and down in the linear guide, with high precision in repeated positioning, thus ensuring accurate welding points.
3. Electrode pressurization, smooth and fast, aluminum alloy cylinder barrel, low damping sealing ring, light friction ring combination cylinder, equipped with a pilot high flow electromagnetic directional valve, with faster response speed and extremely sensitive follow-up performance, achieving extremely high dot speed.
4. Capacitive charging and discharging have fast speed, short welding time, and high efficiency.
5. Configure an electrical proportional valve to accurately adjust welding pressure.
6. Insulation protection, safe and reliable. The secondary side circuit adopts a pressurized cylinder seat and upper arm insulation method, which facilitates direct installation and welding work on the lower seat without worrying about short circuits. It is simple and practical.
7. Welding power supply, energy-saving and efficient. The main welding circuit adopts a fully water-cooled resistance welding transformer and rectifier, with strong output power.
8. The operation is controlled by a foot switch, which has high production efficiency, low labor intensity, and conforms to the operating habits of operators.
9. The equipment is equipped with air pressure and water pressure switches and alarms, which can effectively prevent water shortage or gas welding, thereby protecting the safety of equipment use.

The Upper Electrode
The upper electrode is pressurized with an auxiliary cylinder, making stroke adjustment convenient and precise, allowing for continuous adjustment of the workpiece operation stroke.
The Pressure Component
The descent and ascent speed of the pressure head can be adjusted arbitrarily, which alleviates the pressure impact on the workpiece and reduces noise.
Gas Storage Tank
The spare dedicated gas storage tank for welding machines is beneficial in reducing welding pressure fluctuations and ensuring stable welding force.
Waterway Components
All waterway components undergo surface treatment to prevent rusting, and waterway drainage is independently discharged to the water tank. Based on the outflow situation, blockages in the waterway can be observed and eliminated.
