Flexible Drive Configuration: Robotic spot welding guns are categorized into servo welding guns and pneumatic welding guns. Servo guns are motor-driven for precise, fast response; pneumatic guns are air pressure-driven for cost-effectiveness. X-type guns are single-stroke, with motion controlled on one side by either a servo motor or an air cylinder. C-type double-stroke guns are controlled by a servo motor driving both sides synchronously, suitable for more complex welding orientations and spaces.

The two welding arms of the X-type welding tongs are on the same parallel level, and the welding shape and the action process are closed and open during welding, that is, the X-type welding guns.

The moving side of the C-type welding guns is coaxial with the motor. During welding, the moving side moves up and down. The rising and stationary side electrode caps are combined, and the jaw shape is C-shaped.
