The automatic projection welder for carbon steel automotive brake bottom plate is a high-precision automated welding equipment specially developed for automotive brake systems. It adopts medium frequency inverter (MFDC) or capacitor energy storage welding technology, integrates servo drive system and PLC intelligent control, and achieves efficient spot welding and convex welding processing of carbon steel brake bottom plate (Q235/SPHC, 1-6mm). Through digital parameter control, ensure that the welding strength meets the standards of automotive safety components, suitable for automated connection of brake base plates and fasteners (nuts/bolts).

Dual Cabinet Configuration
In addition to the conventional welding controller, the welding system is also equipped with an electrical control cabinet, which enables safer, more efficient, and intelligent operation, especially suitable for industrial scale large-scale or high-precision welding tasks.
Fully Automatic Welding

Gas Storage Tanks
The projection and spot welding machine is equipped with a dedicated gas storage tank, which is beneficial for reducing welding pressure fluctuations and ensuring stable welding force.
Waterway Components
All waterway components have undergone surface treatment to prevent rusting, and any drainage from the waterway is independently discharged into the water tank. Based on the outflow situation, blockages in the waterway can be observed and eliminated.
