Roller Straight Automated Rolling and Welding Longitudinal Stainless Steel Resistance Seam Welder Machine for Cylinders
The automatic tube rolling seam welding machine focuses on easy operation and production safety, with a humanized design. During the operation, workers only need to place the board and press the start button with both hands. The subsequent process is fully automated: the workpiece is automatically positioned, the mold is pneumatically coiled, the electrode wheel is pressed and pre rolled, and then servo roll welding is completed under controllable welding current, and finally the material is automatically unloaded. The whole machine has a compact and beautiful structure, stable and quiet operation, rapid response of pneumatic and electrical systems, and is energy-saving and efficient. Especially suitable for continuous production of thin plate filter drums, it significantly reduces labor intensity and improves work safety while ensuring welding quality.

Fully automated process integration
From manual start, automatic displacement, pneumatic forming, pressure positioning, servo roll welding to automatic unloading, it achieves a continuous operation cycle of "manual loading and automatic completion", greatly reducing manual intervention.
Cylinder
The cylinder adopts a combination of aluminum alloy cylinder barrel, low damping sealing ring, and light friction ring, with wear-resistant surface and long service life, achieving extremely high spot welding speed, electrode pressurization, smooth and fast.
Gas Storage Tanks
The projection and spot welding machine is equipped with a dedicated gas storage tank, which is beneficial for reducing welding pressure fluctuations and ensuring stable welding force.
Waterway Components
All waterway components undergo surface treatment to prevent rusting, and waterway drainage is independently discharged to the water tank. Based on the outflow situation, blockages in the waterway can be observed and eliminated.
