The Secondary Cable is a uniquely structured specialty insulated conductor, designed for industrial applications involving low voltage and high current. It utilizes multiple strands of extra-soft oxygen-free copper wire as the core conductor, sheathed in a high-performance rubber water hose. An efficient annular circulating cooling channel is formed between the conductor and the hose. Both ends of the cable are integrally connected to all-copper terminals via welding, reinforced with stainless steel ferrules for sealing and fixation. The terminals feature integrated water ports that connect seamlessly with the internal cooling passage. This integrated design allows it to carry extremely high operating currents while maintaining an exceptionally small cross-sectional area, coupled with effective thermal management via internal water cooling. Its superior bending and movement capabilities make it a critical component for the efficient and reliable transmission of both power and coolant in dynamic applications such as automated welding equipment and medium-frequency induction heating systems
