Working Principle

This fixed-type machine keeps the equipment stationary while the workpiece moves into position. The upper electrode descends through a linear guide to clamp the workpiece, then a high-current, low-voltage pulse flows through the copper electrodes to generate localized resistance heat at the joint interface. The molten nugget forms rapidly, after which electrode force is maintained briefly to consolidate the weld. The pressure head's ascent and descent speeds are adjustable, softening contact impact and reducing operational noise. An integrated gas storage tank stabilizes pressure delivery, while independently drained waterway components allow easy monitoring of coolant flow to prevent blockages.
