This CNC Automatic Spot Welder for Steel Bar/Rebar Mesh and Fence Panels is a highly automated, professional system engineered for the large-scale welding of 6MM series steel bars, metal mesh, and fence panels. At its core, it utilizes 17 precisely arranged welding heads integrated with advanced CNC and PLC control systems. It achieves full automation through a unique "3-step, 6-spot" welding sequence. Custom-developed for the Chinese market and deeply integrating advanced international structural concepts, it completely overcomes a series of core drawbacks of traditional welders, such as high labor intensity, low efficiency, excessive spatter, weak weld points, high failure rates, and low automation. From bar loading to the completion of an entire rebar mesh or fence panel, the entire process of welding, indexing, and monitoring is automatically controlled by the system. Requiring only regular electrode replacement, it enables high-efficiency, high-quality, and highly consistent continuous production, making it the ideal solution for the intelligent manufacturing of rebar prefabricated components in the construction and infrastructure sectors

After completing a row of spots, the worktable precisely indexes to the next position, cycling until all welding is finished. Advanced Intelligent Pneumatic Constant-Pressure Technology: Equipped with a pneumatic electrode system that automatically adjusts the preload force, delivering a relatively constant and precise pre-pressure.
