The upper electrode is actuated by an air cylinder for convenient and precise pressure adjustment. An integrated air reservoir helps buffer and stabilize welding pressure, ensuring consistent force output for each weld.

The upper electrode moves vertically with independently and smoothly adjustable working and auxiliary strokes. The lower electrode height is vertically adjustable, allowing for quick setup and adaptation to workpieces of varying thicknesses.

Employs a direct-acting solenoid valve for fast response, significantly increasing the cycling speed. The descent and ascent speeds of the pressure head are infinitely adjustable, effectively cushioning impact on the workpiece and reducing operational noise.
