A geared reduction motor drives both upper and lower welding wheels simultaneously via a differential gearbox and splined shaft. This maintains equal wheel speeds, preventing slippage or surface drag on the can during welding.

Vertical-acting air cylinder with short-stroke solenoid valve connection enables fast clamp-and-release cycles. A self-lubricating guiding mechanism minimizes inertial impact, reducing electrode wear and preventing excessive indentation on workpiece surfaces.
- Stable Pneumatic & Safety Control
Branded solenoid valves, regulators, and filters ensure consistent air supply. The system includes an air reservoir for pressure stabilization and a pressure sensor monitored by the PLC. Low-pressure detection prevents weld defects or cylinder failure, enhancing process reliability.
- Multi-Zone Water Cooling System
Separate parallel cooling circuits for the transformer, inverter, and electrode assembly effectively dissipate heat. Equipped with inline flowmeters, filters, and ball valves, the system monitors coolant flow and triggers an alert if circulation is insufficient—protecting welding quality and part longevity
