Product Description

Kickless Cable (Anti-Kick Water-Cooled Cable) is a specially optimized insulated conductor in both structure and function. Its core design achieves the perfect balance between ultra-high current carrying capacity and efficient active heat dissipation within a limited cross-sectional area. The cable employs multiple strands of extra-soft oxygen-free copper wire as the conductor, sheathed by a high-performance rubber hose, forming a continuous, uniform annular cooling chamber between them. Both ends of the conductor are joined to all-copper terminals via an innovative welding process, achieving a metallurgical bond at the molecular level, with external stainless steel clamps reinforcing the seal. The terminals integrate waterway ports to ensure unrestricted coolant circulation. This design specifically meets the stringent demands of low-voltage, high-current dynamic equipment (such as robotic welding guns and mobile electric furnaces) for power connection reliability, flexibility, and thermal management.
