This 220V Multifunctional HF Robot Spot Welder is a precision welding solution based on High Frequency (HF) inverter technology, optimized for the automated, high-efficiency joining of metals such as aluminum, iron wire mesh, and copper tubes. It integrates an industrial robot, a high-precision positioning system, and an HF welding power source, making it flexibly adaptable to automated welding lines for complex products like fire doors. Its core consists of a robust frame, a workpiece moving platform, a welder travel mechanism, upper and lower electrodes, an HF welding transformer, an intelligent controller (PLC), and complete pneumatic/hydraulic circuits, enabling fully automated control from positioning and clamping to welding. Leveraging the fast response of HF technology and the precise path repetition of the robot, it ensures highly consistent quality for every weld spot. It is the ideal automated cell for the high-volume, high-precision welding of profiled workpieces like wire mesh, copper tubes, and aluminum extrusions

  • HF Inverter Welding Power Source: Employs a special resistance welding transformer​ with a core made of high-permeability silicon steel laminations and forced internal water cooling. Delivers higher output power and a greater duty cycle, significantly improving welding efficiency.

  • High-Rigidity Structure with Auxiliary Stroke Pressurization: Features a stable machine structure where the electrodes apply pressure via a mode with an auxiliary stroke. This design ensures smooth and sufficient contact during the pressurization phase, forming the physical foundation for high-speed, high-quality welding.

  • Programmable Robotic Integrated Control: Managed by a microcomputer-based controller​ and PLC​ in coordination, it can store up to 16 sets of welding parameter programs.
