This fully automatic Filter Drum Seam Welder is a highly integrated automated welding unit, engineered for “one-stop” processing from flat metal sheets to finished welded cylinders. It seamlessly combines automatic roll forming, pneumatic pressurization, precision seam welding, and automated unloading. Utilizing advanced pneumatic drive and thyristor control technology, it ensures precise and controllable welding energy, offering both energy efficiency and high performance. The workflow is smooth and continuous: after loading, the workpiece is automatically rolled into shape by a die, followed by electrode wheel pressing and seam welding. The entire process is coordinated and controlled by a PLC for stable and reliable operation. Optimized for welding 0.5-1.5mm low-carbon steel thin plates, it features a compact structure and innovative design, significantly improving the efficiency and quality of drum welding while effectively reducing energy consumption and labor costs.
