This Quality AC Resistance Gantry-Type Multi-Head Automatic Spot Welder is an industrial-grade, high-efficiency welding platform based on Alternating Current (AC) resistance welding principles. High-Efficiency Gantry Multi-Head Welding: Features a robust gantry structure integrating multiple upper electrodes pressurized by independent air cylinders. The force and stroke of each electrode can be individually fine-tuned, enabling the uniform completion of multiple or a full row of weld spots in a single operation. This offers exceptional efficiency, specifically designed for large workpieces.
Precise & Adjustable Force Control: The upper electrodes are pressurized by air cylinders, allowing for convenient and accurate force adjustment. The descent and ascent speeds of the pressure head are independently and infinitely adjustable, enabling cushioned contact with the workpiece to effectively mitigate impact and reduce noise.
Intelligent & Stable Welding Power: The main circuit utilizes high-power thyristor components for strong, stable, and reliable power output. It is equipped with a microprocessor-based fast-response touch controller for fully digital control. The user interface is simple and clear, featuring automatic detection and compensation to effectively prevent defects like cold welds and insufficient fusion.
Safe & Reliable Design: The secondary conductor employs an upper insulation method, providing stable and reliable insulation performance. Operation is controlled by a foot switch, ensuring high productivity with low labor intensity and guaranteeing safe, convenient continuous operation
